I was skeptical about this but I decided to give it a shot since work has become more stressful. I have to say that I’m actually impressed. It’s not a dramatic feeling but it’s noticeable, I have to say. It’s like instant “perspective” when you’re anxious. My 13 year old grabs it as well when he is feeling nervous before swim meets.
